KFB Foodie Talk: How to make Corn Lettuce Salad

For our newbies, the KFB foodie talk column – handled by Dobby of Dobbysignature –  is basically for ladies and ‘guys’ that are interested in learning how to cook better  ;).

Lettuce is one leafy veggie that is so easy to overlook. For most people, adding one or two leaves in a sandwich is just about it. This time, i decided to use it as the main ingredient in this salad which means it’d make more in than 60% of the whole ingredients. I’ve always loved simple salads like this tasty corn lettuce salad which comprises of corn, lettuce and a handful of several other ingredients such as tomato, cucumber & onion. Throw in some egg slices and you’re good to go. It’s really healthy and very sumptuous too. You can have it alone drizzled with some salad dressing or as a side with a main meal. Enjoy!
